I was expecting my periods on 4 march and today its 13 march i am 10 days late...may i know the reason

If you hv been sexually active do a urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy. If not then other causes can be hormonal issues, pcod , thyroid disorders , medications , stress etc.
