Hello doctor I am having pain in my left leg my xray says I have bone spur in both my knees and sometimes my knee pains very badly do my bone spur is hurting and I also taking medicine for degeneration. Kindly let me know do i able to live Normal life again with this spur as i am just 35 please help also i am overweight do reducing weight helps me

Plz get HbA1c test done..bony spurs at enthesis are common in diabetics or person with insulin resistance..
