Hair loss has many reasons and definately vitamin and mineral deficiency is the main cause. Along with supplement we need to work on your emotional health and stress levels because untill and unless you won't work on it supplement of no use. Vit B12,vit D, DHT, biotin , collagen, protien , Omega 3fatty acid etc all nutrients are important in hair growth and hair health also in body ache. So blindly taking supplement won't work we need to check which one you need most . For detail councelling please connect with me through practo app

For vitamin D sunlight exposure is a must, also eat egg yolks and fatty fish, mushrooms. Can take uprise D3 tablet once in a week for 2 months. For vitamin B12 deficiency organ meat is a good source , but as your level is very low can take supplement as suggested by the doctor and then maintain through the healthy diet.
