Hi For vitamin D deficiency you have to take vitamin D supplement. It is difficult to increase vitamin D level with the diet only. You can get the vitamin D supplement prescribed by the doctor and combine it with Vitamin D rich food. Following are Vitamin D rich foods that you can  include in your diet 1. Beef, liver, and chicken 2 Fish and shellfish such as a Trout Salman, Tuna fish, and clams. 3. Low- fat milk, yoghurt, and cheese 4 Eggs 5 Fortified breakfast cereal 6.
