Sometimes tab Nexito and and pari 37.5 being belonging to same class  of drugs may not be effective in few people. From your question I can understand that its  been around almost more than 6 weeks on this class of drugs, so switching to another class of drug may be necessary. Majority of the times switching to another class is going to help. Apart from medications, you will also need to practice and try relaxation techniques, Mindfulness and other relevant psychotherapy options just for being not only dependent on medications but trying to improve self control and efficient self management of your anxiety symptoms. Don't get disheartened by 1st trial of medications and its non-effectiveness, it happens many a time with many patients. So rest assured, you are going to be out of it soon!
Next Steps
Consult psychiatrist for change of the class of medications
Health Tips
Mindfulness! Relaxation techniques! are the keys for long term effectiveness and prevention of recurrence of symptoms even when the medications are stopped.
