Deep finger nails scratches on leg

Hi i scratched my leg bit deep on the surface with my finger nails Christmas eve they were a little long but not huge if makes sense, they are a bit red but not sore just itchy how long will it take for the deep scratches to heal up and for the lines from the finger nails to go away?
