Decreased appetite. Constant stress
I've been having constant thumping in my head. There's constant stress, and even small things make me cry. I don't feel like doing anything at all. Sleep too much. Constant tiredness. Took a test online for depression and it said I'm moderately depressed. Parents don't allow to consult a psychiatrist. Help.
