That's actually tartar which has accumulated on the gum and teeth interface which usually happens with everyone
In your case, it seems the misalignment of teeth, especially lower front teeth makes it even tougher to clean that area.
You should opt for braces/aligner treatment to correct the alignment or spacing issues of the teeth. For now, you can fix a cleaning appointment with your dentist, to remove all the plaque (tartar) and stains. However, even if you go for multiple cleaning appointments with the dentist, the problem of tartar accumulation would not go in future unless you donot opt for alignment correction.
Next Steps
visit near by clinic
if it is closed follow these steps
-do warm saline rinses 3/4 times a day
-brush twice a day in light ang gentle manner
-start flossing your teeth with dental floss
Health Tips
donot avoid the alignment need of your teeth as it is the mainstay in your case as a treatment option.
These are calculus formation followed by food lodgment(due to improper brushing or flossing).
1.Make sure you follow correct brushing technique which includes proper brushing of all surfaces of teeth.
Wipe off all surfaces of teeth with soft clean cotton cloth with moderate pressure which will further smoothen the teeth surfaces, that will lead to least accumulation of microorganisms on tooth surface >> less chances of caries initiation and further food lodgement >>less accumulation of calculus/ stain formation.
2. Use dental floss for removing interdental food lodgement which doesn't come out sometimes even after brushing.
3.Do luke warm water salt gargle(if blood pressure is high, do not use salt).2-3 times/day.
4.mouthwash: hexidine. Once in every two days. After food. Do not eat drink anything or rinse for half an hour after spitting out the mouthwash.
The gums are bleeding because of the calculus deposits (yellow deposits) on your teeth which might be due to your incorrect brushing
Next Steps
as the lockdown gets over and the dental clinics start to open....the first line of treatment to be done is scaling and polishing of your teeth which will clean out the calculus followed by the medication your doctor will prescribe
Health Tips
for now you can use STOLIN R toothpaste, chlorhexidine mouthwash and a gum paint of any company. all three things need to be done twice a day
