Dear doctor, slowly decreasing platelets

Asked for Male, 26 Years

I have donated many time blood, but last time I donate blood and I collect my report after 2 months. I have find there my platelets is 147000, this is less then normal ranges then I test again after 2 1/2 months later then the count is 142000, and today I perform my special smear test again after 3 months later and today 141000,
