Dealing with body shaming
I have a very tight schedule at work... I have to work from morning 9:30 am to 7:30pm ... After working I get so much mentally tired that I don't feel like working out... Due to which I have gained lot of weight... Now I have received lots of body shaming from my family members for my obesity ... So I fear everyday of getting body shamed from all people So I mentally feel depressed and guilty of being obese and a fat person... So please give solutions to deal with this situation...???
