Dealing several issues
Dear Sir/Mam,
I m a single child at present staying alone parents are expired jobless at the moment suffering from thyroid issues related to pain in joints in knee and lower back. Also facing hair fall loss of interest in life dont feel like doing anything no aim in life lacking love family friends.Feel like always sleepy and lazy. Also dealing with obesity.
