My elder sister is deaf since childhood She can't hear and she doesn't want to wear hearing machine Can anything make her listening power normal Stem cell or anything? Any treatment found available?

Is she able to talk? Usually deafness since childhood also comes with inability to talk too... There are few tricks we've to know the root cause of the issue
