Dead skin under feet

Asked for Female, 21 Years

The skin under my skin is peeling off everywhere. The dead skin and a little hardness on the ankles were already there but it became worse after i walked barefeet on a very heated floor. The dead skin increased and started to peel off drastically. The area under my toes became hard and the already hardened ankle stated to crack. I apply moisturizer everyday but it does not help.
