Dead skin like pimple

Asked for Female, 32 Years

I hv got a small boil at the side of my cheek it's very dry n rough. I don't understand whether it's a blackhead or mole or pimple but it's very rough n if I pluck it with nail it's like a seed n then it again developes within a month. Please suggest me a medicine.
