Hi i am always thinking in my head, sometimes fantasising myself rich, supernatural and in positive roles or now after covid 19 I have gained habits of thinking of worries, my mind carries away from present and thinks of something without my permission to think,some fantasies gives me pleasure so I keep continue to think,how can I get rid of this please suggest some ways and give detailed answer if possible
