Darks spots on hands and legs

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I am getting dark coloured spots on my hand and legs from pas 5 year. It is usually last for 3-4 dats and dissappears. In starting it a bit painfull but reduces as it increases in colour. I wanted to know reasons of having it.
