Darkness on body part

Asked for Female, 29 Years

I have dark underarm,backside on nack,on hand fingers,knee an around the lips from last 2-3 yrs,I tried maximum homeramedies but nthng works,and qraa under arms also used..skin is not dark so much but if I ignore to apply any home ramidies then its increase... Now I am worry,my weight is 42 kg with 5ft 1inch height,no dibities...
