Darkenyl for grey hair

Asked for Male, 32 Years

How safe and effective is 1% Darkenyl (contains taxifolin glucoside + N-acetyl-tyrosine) application to scalp for reducing grey hair? I was suggested to use 1ml every night before sleep for 6-9 months. Yet to start with this. I have about 5% grey hair.
