Darkening of skin

My full arms and hands now show a much darker complexion as compared to other areas and it's not tanning. It's internal. Please suggest me something to get rid of it.

The cause of darkening needs to be evaluated, so visit a dermatologist who will do the same and advice appropriate treatment. In the meanwhile avoid using any scrubs or loofahs on that area and use a sunscreen on it daily
