Darkening of ear lobes and cheeks

Asked for Male, 43 Years

I have had darkening of ear lobes since last year and now my cheeks also have started to develop darkening. My face skin and scalp is very oily and I have to shampoo almost everyday else my scalp starts to itch if I don't shampoo for two-three days. I also tested for blood sugar and my HBA1C is 6.3 and I'm not taking any medicines for sugar control.
