Darkened face colour

Asked for Male, 18 Years

I had taken two tablets of Isotretinoin Capsules IP Acutret 10 mg and after it, I have used Demelan cream for 5 days . Because of which my face colour shade has darkened. Is this darkened face colour temporary or permanent. What shall I do now?
