Dear Doctor my neck of is very dark I tried to clean it with soap but nothing happens please let me know how to clean it

hello,darker neck occurs due to high body mass index,diabetes,insulin resistance conditions which require proper evaluation and treatments.it do not go on cleaning or scrubbing...infact avoid scrubbing that area it may worsen too..consult dermatologist for evaluation and treatment.
