Dark underarms suddenly

Asked for Female, 24 Years

Hello Doctor, My underarms have suddenly turned dark and its becoming really obvious.(not dark before). One week back i had oral contraceptive(ipill) and had also done under arm waxing. i am not sure why it turned dark.Please advice
