Dark underarms and inner thighs

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I have got very dark underarms and my inner thighs are almost too dark n black can you suggest me something to whiten the pigmentation I have already been to doctor she gave me citravite and biluma skin cream to be used for three months one and half month is past it is not effecting so please can u give some solution
