Dark spots on hands

Asked for Female, 27 Years

I have dark spots on my hands which have been first identified as Lichen planus and later as psoriasis. As treatment multiple ointments: Halovate, Ultitar, Tacrolimus have been given but nothing is working. PFA images of spots. Please help
