Dark spots on body

Hello. I have this tiny dark spots on my back and shoulders..i never used to have them on my shoulders and now i do. I think they're spreading. I also have bumps on my scalp which get itchy at times and have blood and purse in them. What could be the cause and how can i get rid of them. Please help
