Last two days I saw light dark spots on my right Hand upper side , there was no pain no itching,please consult what should I do

Sir/madam This could be mild hyper pigmentation caused due to sun tanning or mosquito bites. Please send pics. Otherwise you can use a good sunscreen like sunban ultragel and Kojic gel at night for two weeks.
