Dark spots in legs due to ingrown hair

Having dark black spots in legs due to ingrown hair bcz of waxing took treatment bef pregnancy and there Wasnt much effect and now am having two month old baby... Pls suggest whether shd I prefer ayurvedic or allopathic or homeopathy so that there won't be effect on breastfeeding...
