Dark spots and pigmentation on forehead

Hi doctors i have dark spots and pigmentation since my childhood. Actually in my childhood i had tanning on my forehead so to get rid of that i applied some cream on my forehead and it side effect and i got so many small pimples however by time pimples went away but they left with black spots. So now that pigmentationa and black spots made my forehead darker. I did so many home remedies but could not get rid of it. Please help me and suggest treatment .i have attached pictures.

You could use a lightening cream containing kojic acid every night on the brown spots. Please use sunblock in the day time
