Dark skin patches growing

Asked for Male, 1 Years

My son aged 3 months. He was very fair when he born. Last month dark skin patches appeared on his left arm. We ignored but now patches have grown up to his stomach. But only on the left side. Right side of the body is still very fair. Please help me and guide me to get the correct treatment. Thanks in advance.
