Dark skin on neck, elbows and knees
Hello Doctor. I am a 35 yrs old female. I have very dark skin color in my neck and elbows. Tried so many home treatments, but nothing could lighten the skin. Please suggest what should I do. Photo of my neck and elbow is attached .
