Dark patches on the face and around eyes

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I have dark patches on my face and I'm 3 weeks pregnant......I know that hydroquinone is not advised to use during pregnancy period so I go with aloe Vera gel it works well on my skin....my query is Can I use the neutral coloured aloevera gel on my face by the company product in my pregnancy period??
