Dark patches on face and hair problem

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I have a deep dark black patches in temple(both side) and forehead area.Also skin does not look even and soft . Along with skin , also have hair thining and hair loss problem . Both skin and hair problem I am facing from last 2 years , also went through some dermatologist but no progress observed so far. Kindly advise.
