Dark patches on cheeks and nose

Yes unty, this is a pigmentation problem which is called as Melasma. This is a common skin problem in women. It’s treatable so no worry.
As seen in images you have light brown pigmentation so better you get early treatment to get it rid off.
Dark brown pigmentation will be more resistant to treatment.
