Dark patches near lips nose. Pimplemarks

Asked for Female, 25 Years

Hello! I have been on medication from last 11 days. I have black patches arround lips and nose and also stubborn pimple marks on face. After consulting Dr. I am using a sunscreen SUNBAN GEL, moisturiser DERMADEW, night cream EZANIC and AHA GLOW face wash. BUT THERE IS NO IMPROVEMENT infact my face become dull and darker specially arround lips and nose. Please help.
