Dark patch on little finger

Asked for Female, 52 Years

I'm diabetic . Recently i observed Black patch on my leg little finger and skin is peeling off on the same leg(in small layers). I'm suspecting that the dark patches are due to decrease in blood circulation. Please suggest.
