Dark patch on foot

Asked for Female, 17 Years

Ive had a small dark patch of dry skin on the top of my foot, just below my big toe. Its gotten slightly bigger over the course of about six months, but now my big toe, just under the nail, has become swollen and also gone darker, but the texture of the skin feels normal. However, when appling pressure to the swollen area, i cannot feel any thing.
