Dark inner thighs with no itching

Asked for Male, 34 Years

Dark inner thighs with powdery sticky subtance forming if not washed for a day. If i am moving or at work whole day then the formation is fast. Pls help it doesnt seems like a jock itch because i have extremely rare or no itching.
