How to light skin complexion?my hands and legs are fair,but neck and face is dull/dark ,I use sunscreen last 2 years,pls suggest me something..can I use chemical peel at home for fair complexion?or can I use glutathione tablet ? which Brand's glutathione tablet is good ?
