Dark colour urine and bile formation

Asked for Female, 28 Years

I’ve been prescribed encorate chrono 500 twice a day and prodep 20 once. It’s been a month already and last time I visited the doctor they asked me continue the same meds. However from past four days I have been puking bile acid and urine is dark in colour. Also I don’t feel like eating, as it makes me nauseous. Is it a common side effect.
