Hi,
My father is fair in complexion but the skin on legs (from knee to feet) has got very dark with some patches as well. Its been years he is facing this problem. We got the same checked by doctors and applied prescribed creams as well..but it made no difference. He is diabetic also. Can wearing socks and shoes for long hours continuously be the reason?? Pls share some suitable solution or medicine for this.

In this case firstly we need to access the venous insufficiency by doing Color Doppler studies available. Once it is ruled out then we look for other causes for leg pigmentation. An examination is needed to find out the cause. Pls visit a dermatologist near you or visit my website www.yslclinic.com for fixing appointment.
