Hello,
Sunken eyes and dark circles are interrelated yet different entities.
Sunken eyes is mainly due to loss of Peri orbital fat which can be due to weight loss or hormonal changes and yes specs don't give you sunken eyes or dark circles but gives mere illusion of depth because of lens of course.
Dark circles have many reason and one of them is sunken eyes- loss of volume, hyper pigmentation and due to increase vascularity so for categorizing your under eye circles I would suggest you to share some clinical pictures along with some more details about your work, sleep, stress-levels, diet etc
Next Steps
You can opt for an online consultation for the same for better management
Health Tips
- Try to have your 7 hours beauty sleep
- Meditate to relieve stress
- Try maintaining a circadian rhythm for avoiding irregular sleep pattern
-Try using frozen used green tea bags and keep it for 10-15 minutes for relaxation
Hello dear. Wearing specs won't give you sunken eyes. Volume loss will.
Dark circles can be due to many reasons including hereditary.
It'd be nice if you could share a picture via online consultation for accurate diagnosis and treatment
Health Tips
Avoid sitting in front of computer for prolonged periods.
Sleep atleast 8 hours undisturbed
