Please suggest a cream or anything to treat dark circles. The person is not willing to undergo treatment so pls just suggest a cream.

Dark circles are usually due to nutritional deficiency or sleeplessness or mental irritation or exposure to sunlight. Please identify the cause and act accordingly. You may try ocupol dx eye oint to be rubbed twice daily on lids.
