Actually a dark red circles are came on my mothers cheek..exactly under the eyes...Previously she took somany medicine but it doesnt work...So can u give me a suggestion what type of problem it is...and give some temperory...Ointment...Or soap...to reduce...it...after that ill consult u ..

It's difficult to point out the precise diagnosis based on the picture. The lesions are erythematous and slightly pigmented as well, these skin changes could be due to various over the counter creams used which usually contain steroid in them.
