Dark circles
My wife has dark circles and having irregular period as per her period not happen often on period days. Dark blood. What should she eat how to cure dark circles and these please advise

Fruits rich in Vitamin C (orange, lemon, amla, guava) help  for curing dark circles. hormonal imbalance, anemia, stress, thyroid issues, PCOS, poor sleep, or nutritional deficiencies are causes of irregular periods.you need to evaluate properly.
