Firstly , avoid sun exposure between 10 am to 4 pm. You may use a sunscreen with SPF 15 or more all over the face and a pH balanced cleanser for face wash. Apply a plain moisturiser at night. Consult dermatologist at the earliest. You may benefit from many sessions of chemical peels.
