Sleep well. Early to bed is the key for less dark circles. Improve the iron intake in the form of green leafy vegetables and non veg along with dates, dried figs, black raisins. Decrease TV and computer time. If work involves loads of screen time do some eye exercises very 2-3 hourly. Drink enough water atleast 2 litres a day.
