Hi,
I am working late night and normally I don't eat much food as I live in pg but now I am getting dark circles under my eyes and it's painfull too...what can I apply to remove dark circles or what can I eat?? Please suggest.

Eat plenty of vegetables,greengramsprouts anf fruits
Banana,papaya,citrisfruits gauva pomegranate are good.
Almonds,walnuts,drydates,figs,raisins,currants are good.
Drink enough water.
Sleep leisurely for six hrs atleast at night.
Walk,yoga,exercise,for an hour atleast everyday
Milk and milk products are good too..
