Dark circles around eyes and nose

Hi,I am 25 year healthy male,I have dark circles under eyes including eye lashes and around nose from last 8 years and from last 3 years I am getting some white hairs as well.please suggest me best treatment.i already used some herbal and non herbal products but didn't got results.plz give me advice
