Dark circles and uneven skin tone.

I have prominent dark circles and uneven skin tone and scars on face and recently i started applying vitamin e capsules upon dark circles area and there is sudden sudden sagginess under eye area. And i have hairfall problem as well and these days it has been worst.Please suggest some quick and effective remedies and medications. Thank you.
